How many guests can Cocktail Time cater for?

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, we are insured for over £5 million and over 1,000 people. We can increase this on demand. If you require these documents, please contact one of our event coordinators.

What areas does Cocktail Time serve?

How long does the setup take on the day of the event?

The setup time depends on the size and complexity of your event. Generally, our team arrives 1.5 hours before the event starts to ensure everything is set up perfectly. For more details, please consult with our event coordinators.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Absolutely! We understand that not everyone may consume alcohol. Our mixologists can craft delicious mocktails and we always include 2 non-alcoholic options in our menu to ensure all your guests have a delightful experience.

Can I customise the cocktail menu for my event?

We always tailor our cocktail menu to your preferences and event theme. Our mixologists are happy to create signature drinks that reflect the uniqueness of your event.

How far in advance should I book your services?

Planning ahead provides you with the flexibility to make any necessary adjustments to your booking details without the constraints of last-minute availability issues, especially if your event falls during peak seasons. We suggest booking at least 5 weeks ahead of your desired date.

How do I book Cocktail Time for my event?

Booking is easy! Simply fill out our online booking form or contact our team directly. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and ensure a seamless booking experience.

What is the payment process for booking?

To secure your booking and lock the date of your event in our calendar, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 1 day before the event. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Can I reschedule or cancel my event booking?

Yes, you may reschedule or cancel your booking. Please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Our team will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or discuss the cancellation process

Wow! The service so much passed my expectations. David and his crew were awesome. They were all super friendly and attentive.
I had them for the 2 main days of my birthday, named Bobfest, and there was a theme of skulls running through so I was so pleased when they embraced that theme too.
