These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Definitions
"Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Cocktail Time.
"Client," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity using our services.
"Services" refers to event planning, bartending services, cocktail masterclasses, and mobile bar rentals provided by Cocktail Time.
Booking Quotations: (verbal or written) will be valid for ten days from the date of enquiry. We cannot guarantee that the date will be available after these ten days.
Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmations made verbally or via written form i.e. email or letter are subject to these terms and conditions. To confirm and hold a booking, the client must provide a 50% deposit either in cash, by electronic transfer, debit or credit card within 48 hours after receiving the invoice. The remaining 50% shall be known as the “balance”. The balance of the total fee must be paid one day before the event date.
Late Bookings: Should a booking be made within 14 days of the event date, payment in full will be required to secure the event.
Pricing: All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Invoice: An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of your booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, Cocktail Time LTD require notice (verbal or written) 14 days before the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in a 100%, non-refundable service charge. Booking deposits are not transferable or refundable unless otherwise agreed prior to booking and stated in writing.
In the event that Cocktail Time LTD are not able to provide services as agreed due to circumstances out of their control (such us major weather conditions, transport problems, etc.), they will not be held responsible for any loss, cancellation or delay.
Event Information: Clients must provide accurate event details (date, time, location, guest numbers) at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated promptly and may be subject to additional charges.
Access and Setup: Clients must ensure that the event venue is accessible for setup at least two hours before the event starts. Any delays caused by restricted access may incur additional charges.
Loss or Breakages: The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests. Any loss or breakages of hired equipment will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 14 days of the event. Glassware is also included in the hire of equipment and is subject to the same conditions.
Bartenders and Staff: All bartenders and staff provided by Cocktail Time are trained professionals. We reserve the right to replace any staff member due to unforeseen circumstances.
Content Ownership: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cocktail Time and is protected by copyright laws.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. What we do with the information we gather: we may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Cocktail Time reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
